On the 3rd tranche of approvals under Electronics Component Manufacturing Scheme, Union Minister for Electronics & IT, Railways and I&B Ashwini Vaishnaw says, “… We have to build the design team first… We need a common design facility, in collaboration with a university or an institute, to make the resources widely available for use and learning…”
