  1. we hired an 18 year old kid enrolled in a hands on technical school and a 22 year old with an engineering degree and the 18 yr old is so much more useful, so early on

  2. My dad always used to tell me, what’s 5-10 years of your life? That’ll be over before you even realize it and what would you rather say? You tried and failed or did nothing and failed? Most likely you’ll win and get where you wanted if you just push on and make the right moves, be humble snd willing to take the entry job to prove yourself. Employers love people with experience more than a guy who just a certificate. Both? Even better

  3. I recieved the chance to prove myself from a company loosing their only plc guy (smith and wesson). I knew computer programming and said i can figure it out. They hired me and left me alone. Tim, your videos helped me tremendously. I cant thank you enough. Since then, i have developed and am now with another company that really appreciates my efforts. This week i have been at a rockwell facilitty being paid to become certified.

  4. Am 38 years old . Is it too late to transition to electrical engineering technician course?
