i would have probably desoldered the relay from the pcb , then i would have opened the relay , then i would have sand the contacts of the relay with sand paper , , then i would have reassembled the cap and put the relay back , and if not working well , i would probably replace this relay with a salvaged one from a conventional oven or from other similar , , even 2X 20A automotives relay in parallel should have done the trick
, sometime its usefull to dig more my friend , its just probably carbonized uneven contacts inside relay , can be rescaped well !!

I usually break the case and sand the connection due to oxidization. I don’t know where the costumer lives but i will put silica gel inside the board in case of high humidity. Every time a spark happened oxidization happened to the connectors
There’s no reason to think that all three relays don’t have burned contacts because we detect one of them, I think you should replace all three as it’s probable that they have all had the same amount of wear.
