I want my money back or else I will file a lawsuit ASAP. I have yet to receive my sample though shows delivered; ALSO, I have communication showing that they said they could not deliver due to COVID; however, upon randomly looking into my account it showed a tracking number THAT DOES NOT EXIST WITH DHL (the freight company).
My mock ups and everything were approved February of 2021. It’s almost October and I have yet to hear from anyone. This is HORRIFIC business practice and I want every dollar I invested returned.
